I honestly could live with one 27". Even in portrait mode, a higher resolution makes a huge difference, you are talking about 1920 pixels vs 2560 pixels for just 1440p, you also get 1080 vs 1440 for vertical (assuming you use portrait). Just make sure it's sturdy enough for the leaning monitors. You are literally getting over 25% more width and ~40% vertical. I used to use 2 27 inch monitors. I have the option of buying 2 24" 1080p monitors and getting the 6600 GPU, or buying 1 27" 1440p monitor and getting a 3060 or a 6700 GPU. Perfect setup, man.
