Pickit 4 not found. I held down the red button while I plugged in the pickit to the USB port. I already checked the drivers for the pickit 4 and USB port, everything seems to be alright, but I still don't get them to communicate. Sometimes I will connect it and get lucky to see it connected but with I disconnect to connect again it becomes the same story (not detected on the PC). 10 " but new chips are not recognized. When I connect the pickit to the computer I can see the serial number but when I try to connect the MPLAB IPE enters a loop and it never gets out. With MPLAB 6. But it does not show in MPLIB IDE V6. My Version is PICkit 3 v3. Please use the Debug > Hardware Tool Emergency Boot Firmware Recovery utility feature found in MPLAB X.
