Nvenc stutter. Its when lots of movement is happening on screen. Thank you! I was streaming yesterday when I noticed my video stuttering. Tried different folders, turning game mode off, disabling settings in Windows Defender, etc. (Skip to "the problem" for more details) A series of test showing NVENC on Nvidia Turing (GTX 1660 SUPER) have pretty horrible stuttering. I've been stuck trying to figure out this issue for months now so if anyone could help me with ideas on how to troubleshoot this, that would be amazing. I've recently been trying to stream osu! to Twitch, and whenever I use the NVENC H264 encoder at the fastest setting and at 6000Kbps 1440p, my game will stutter and hitch almost constantly, despite me having an RTX 3080. One friend who is more experienced helped me out but it quickly broke again. Has anyone had any luck with recording smooth gameplay even with a 1440p 144hz monitor?
