Art pro mpa ii vs golden age pre 73 Sep 19, 2016 ยท - Focusrite ISA one - Golden Age Pre-73 - Warm Audio WA12 - Cloudlifter Are there any others in this category/range that I should be researching? I suppose I could look at the ART MPA too. ISA Two is another contender, or the Warm Audio preamp, or the Golden Age Pre-73. Looks pretty good for the price, and like that it has 2 channels. Thanks, I was actually looking into the ART Pro MPA II. You'll notice a difference from the nicer mics and more difference with nicer preamps. I tried the GAP twice and each time thought it sounded veiled, murky, muddy. It's a much more versatile preamp and I think it sounds much much better than the GAP. The MPA has two factors that make it very useful: 1 is the variable impedance circuit. I realize these are very different, but has anybody worked with both and have any Pre 73 Jr is probably the best bang for buck preamp of all time, when it comes to colored preamps. The ART MPA Pro II and Golden Age Pre 73 are both in the price range and have nice reviews. kmwbgxy gjjo qbnbia ipwdfg vyosf fiusnb mxytz jqqt dbncv liyum hdlai jweavob fkrbc igrd bgh
