KAC is not true full-ambi, LMT and ADM are, and Radian is too, but has the added mag release feature. The MVB ambi lower might be worth a gander if you can find them still, they have a very interesting system where the lever acts as both as a bolt drop and bolt catch, with the function depending on if the bolt is already locked back or not.
