Otp message from 17863 As per records on the internet most of them are Vodafone customers. The notification is part of a phishing scam. I am randomly receiving otp messages from the number '17863'. Earlier, OTP used to come just after 12 o’clock at night, but nowadays it comes anytime in a day. I suddenly received the sms, it was only for a couple of times but as i checked online many others most of whom were vodafone customers have been facing the same issue, where they have received the otp from the same number on annoyingly numerous occasions on daily basis.
