Eve online level 4 missions solo I have good drone and missile skill ( I was running a rattlesnake in null before I quit the game). I would say its closer to 12m with a Megathron. . With about 5m skillpoints specced towards support skills and skills towards flying a raven you can easily do any level 4. 6bn ISK, providing you are careful then it seems like the best L4 mission runner.
